Hyview Terrace Ranch is at the intersection of Fisher County Roads 113 and 126 halfway between Sweetwater and Roby, being about a fifteen-minute drive from each. It is a 2-hour drive from Lubbock and a 3-hour drive from Ft. Worth.

From the numerous tracks and game trails on the ranch, the property is used by whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, and feral hogs. It is also presumed that the bunch grasses on the ranch provide great nesting habitat for bobwhite quail.
