South Bee House Creek is a major feature on the north portion of the ranch. There is estimated to be 485 feet of the creek. The new owner will own both sides of the creek too. There is also a stock tank that sits in front of the cabins. The stock tank is about ½ acre when full.
Oak Creek Ranch is home to Whitetail Deer, Turkey, Hogs, and Dove. It has a heating and air conditioning wall unit that keeps it at a great temperature. The larger cabin is around 850 sq. ft. and has an approximate 500 sq. ft. loft. This cabin has two bedrooms, and one bath. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the smaller bedroom has a double full-size bunk bed. This cabin has solid wood floors, custom cabinets, a double oven, a one drawer dishwasher, a full-size refrigerator, and central heating and air conditioning. Outside the new owner will enjoy an oversized fire pit and bonus cabin that has electric outlets and a light. It is ready to be finished out and was formerly a play cabin. It could easily be made into a children’s bunk house. That had a bed, TV, and gaming system! All furniture, decor, cooking supplies and linens come with property. Electricity is in place and the cabins are hooked up to a water well. The perimeter fencing is in good condition and has proven itself to hold in cattle.
