Rocky Point Ranch has been maintained as cattle producing property. Brush Management practices have eliminated mesquite and allowed the land to produce native grasses for grazing. Earthen stock tanks are located throughout the property so that cattle and wildlife do not have to travel very far for a water source. With ample water and cover along Flat Creek there is also plenty of shade and loafing cover for both cattle and wildlife.
Rocky Point Ranch lies along the eastern edge of the Rolling Plains. Located 17 miles west of Wichita Falls, 134 miles northwest of Fort Worth, and 150 miles southwest of Oklahoma City.
Seven earthen stock tanks, from acre to 2 acres are located throughout the property. Flat Creek, which is seasonal, bisects the property from north to south. Wichita Valley Water also has a rural water line on the south side of the property along FM 367.
Flat Creek provides opportunities to hunt whitetail deer; turkey, hogs and waterfowl can all be hunted on the numerous stock tanks.
