Location

The Senn Family Ranch is roughly halfway between Dallas and Houston, being 140 miles southeast of downtown Dallas, via I-45 and 125 miles north northwest of downtown Houston. The property is just 15 1/2 miles southeast of Centerville, which is so named, because it is at the geographic center of Leon County. The location is ideal for Dallas folks with friends/family in Houston or vice versa.

Water

The property features two lakes, built to grow and sustain trophy fish, in order to provide unforgettable fishing memories for family and friends. The largest lake is approximately 8 1/2 acres and has been managed intensively for trophy bass for the last sixteen years.
